We continually work to ensure that we are providing the best service for our customers and our approach to clinical governance, over-sight and audit together with our clinical advisory team are core to this aim. We ensure that our communications with customers are clear and intelligible and we will always strive to deliver services that are specific to their needs.

We believe in the principle of caring for the environment and continually strive to incorporate environmental good practice into our workplace, taking a sustainable approach to waste management and minimising our use of resources across the business.
We are focussed on improving our energy efficiency, manging our wastage responsibly and reducing our carbon emissions. We have already taken steps to delivering paperless operating systems. We will always attempt to minimise business by providing teleconferencing facilities to help colleagues, associates and customers reduce the need to travel for meetings.
