Are the webinars recorded? Can I catch up with a webinar after it has taken place?
All of our past webinar recordings and videos are available via our YouTube channel, unless we advise otherwise. Recordings are added as soon as possible after a webinar has taken place.
Where can I find the slides from a past webinar?
The presentation slides from past webinars are available on our Slideshare. The slides are made available as soon as possible after a webinar has taken place.
I am unable to connect with the webinar, how do I connect?
ClickMeeting is a browser-based platform, it is required to use the latest official versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Edge, or Opera or mobile/tablet application. Connecting with the webinar involves clicking on the Room URL, filling in the required fields and clicking ENTER. It is possible firewalls or your organisation’s security system may sometimes prevent you from joining and in such situation, you should contact your network administrator.
Can the presenter see you in a webinar?
If you’re attending a webinar for the first time and you’re wondering whether the presenter can see you, then the answer is no. The presenter cannot see or hear the audience throughout the duration of the webinar presentation; however, you may be able to submit questions to the presenter during a live session and poll.
Why can’t I hear anyone?
If you’ve joined a webinar and you are having audio issues, please refer to How to join an event (instruction for an attendee) and if the problem persists to ClickMeeting’s Audio Video Manual.
If you want to connect with your telephone, please make sure you dial in using the phone number provided on your invitation or registration email, entering the Participant PIN when requested.
I can hear the webinar but I cannot see the presentation?
If you are using a browser, then the ClickMeeting viewer window may be hidden behind another application or it may be minimised. Click the relevant tab on the taskbar to bring the ClickMeeting desktop application to the forefront of your screen.
Before joining a webinar, do I need to check my system requirements to avoid any connection issues?
Attendees can conduct a System Configuration Test at any time, using the hyperlink available on our registration forms and emails. The hyperlink is also available in the waiting room prior to the webinar beginning.
Can I join a webinar with a mobile app?
You can join a webinar with a mobile app. First download the free ClickMeeting mobile app for Android or iOS. When the webinar starts open the app and enter the event ID (which you can find in the registration email) into the app. This will take you to a registration screen, where you can fill in your username (this can be anything) and valid email address. You will be joined to the webinar or placed into the waiting room. For more support with the mobile app see here.
I can’t find the link to a webinar I'm attending. How do I find it?
If you’re attending a webinar on ClickMeeting, then you will be able to find the link to your chosen webinar on the webinar confirmation email.

Can I transfer or share my link, to join the webinar, to someone else?
The link to join is unique to you and should not be shared with anyone else. Attendees wishing to join the webinar should register individually on the Webinar registration page.
How do I add the webinar to my calendar?
Click on the Add to Calendar button and accept the invitation.
How do I ask a question during the webinar?
If you have a question during the webinar, please type your question into chat box displayed within the webinar, which will be moderated and passed to the speaker. We regret, that we may not have time to answer all questions, however we will do our best to answer all questions and circulate responses as soon as possible following the webinar.
